Shipping of Your Package
Packages are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, shipping can be arranged once a week after receiving payment.
Packages are shipped via Bartolini express courier. Upon order fulfillment, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email to track the delivery of your order.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage fees.
You can place multiple orders, which will be grouped on the day of shipment, and shipping costs will be recalculated.
Returns of Your Package
In the event of issues with the shipment, pick-up should be made with reservations, and any problems regarding missing or damaged products should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Subsequent reports will not be handled.
